  • Wallsend Citizens Advice has Moved

After 44 years of giving advice from St Luke’s Church House, the Wallsend Citizens Advice Bureau has now moved to new offices in the Customer First Centre in Wallsend Library, next to the Forum shopping centre and only a couple of minutes’ walk away from our old location.

Our opening hours will still be the same – 10am to 1pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 10-4 on Fridays. You can also call our Adviceline for help from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday on 0300 3309 047.

Our new office is fully wheelchair accessible, with a lift going up to the main floor, and private interview rooms are still available if you need to talk to us about anything confidential.
