    When will the emergency happen?

    To help you with your debts, Citizens Advice will need to confirm your ID, income, and expenditure. The quickest way to do this is for us to request, with your permission, information from your bank, this will assist the specialist debt adviser in preparing for your telephone appointment. 

    You will be prompted to create your profile, authorise an Advice Passport and add information about your debts. You can also upload your creditor letters.  

    If you are not registered for internet banking, you can complete details about your debts yourself using the same link, this is the manual option.
