Our Impact
Every year thousands of people come to us for help solving their problem.
We also increased our impact for clients, with benefit gains of £25.6 million and £66.7 million worth of debt written-off. Dealing with 11,780 benefit clients and 20,063 debt clients.

- 83% of clients report we were easy to access
- 91% of clients said they would be likely or very likely to recommend our services.
We managed to achieve these fabulous results, thanks to the hard work and diligence of our staff who delivered on all fronts. Our funding covers a diversity of projects and we were able to perform on all our contracts.
Out of the clients who visited us last year:

86% felt they could now find a way forward to at least a moderate extent

80% of our clients said they felt less stressed, depressed or anxious as a result of our help

83% said they found it were very easy or easy to access the service

91% would be likely or very likely to recommend our services.

Through our service in 2024/2025, financially:
- We saved NHS funds by reducing use of health services and keeping people in work, providing £3,457,493 in value
- We reduced Local Authority expenses by preventing Homelessness and Evictions, and use of Mental Health services, totalling £4,577,976 and re-scheduled £623,778 in Council Tax Arrears
- Our Benefit advice had a value to our clients of £25,645,313
- Total value of debts written off £66,780,705
- We reduced DWP costs by keeping people in work, saving £2,996,366
- Value of fiscal benefit providing Debt advice to clients (national and local) £21,554,479
In 2024/2025, we have:
- Advised 44,040 people
- Handled 213,445 problems
- Achieved £25,645,313 in benefits and income gains for clients
- Arranged for £66,780,705 of debt to be written-off
- Supported 7,400 people with Universal Credit issues
