      • Advised 40,040 people about 213,445 problems, marking a significant increase on issues handled compared to last year
      • Helped our clients claim £25,645,313 worth of Benefits
      • Achieved £66,780,705 in debt write offs for our clients
      • Supported 7,400 people with Universal Credit issues, through our Help to Claim service and through other channels
      • Continued our work and performing well on the National Debt Advice Hub helping over 20,063 people in the process
      • Successfully implemented our Debt Relief Order (DRO) Hub helping to process over 3,657 DRO approvals
